🏫 Around Our School
🐾 BETA Club School Store Opens!
The BETA Club kicked off its school store this week! We are excited to see our students take on leadership opportunities and put their skills into action. Way to go, Grizzlies!
🍋 Science You Can Taste!
Our sixth-grade science students explored ratios, concentration, and solubility through a hands-on lemonade lab! Students made connections between math and science while investigating how different concentrations affect their mixtures. Learning has never been so refreshing!
🏒 CFM After School Hits the Rink!
CFM After School welcomed the UNCW men’s hockey team head coach and the Wilmington Arena Project for an exciting visit. Students learned about ball hockey, practiced their skills, and put their new knowledge to the test. Thank you to our guests for providing such a fun and engaging experience!
🤖 VEX Robotics in Action!
Our CFMS VEX Robotics teams are making great progress on the base HeroBot for this year’s competition! Once the base robot is complete, students will begin brainstorming improvements to their design and developing strategies to prepare for competition. We can’t wait to see what our Grizzlies create!

Congratulations to Kamili Tucci, Cape Fear Middle School’s Athlete of the Week! Kamili is a cheerleader for our football team and helps bring energy and Grizzly spirit to our athletic events. We are proud to recognize Kamili for representing CFMS. Keep shining, Kamili!
